4. How do I prepare the teas?
Here are the best practices for making each of our teas:
Royal Lullaby
- Ingredients: Chamomile, Lavender, Lemon Balm
- Preparation Steps:
1. Boil fresh water and let it cool to about 175°F (80°C).
2. Pour 8 ounces of water over one teaspoon of tea leaves.
3. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
4. Strain and let the tea cool to a lukewarm temperature before serving.
5. Optionally, add a little honey if your child is over one year old.

Tantrum Tamer
- Preparation Steps:

4. Strain and let the tea cool to a lukewarm temperature before serving.

- Preparation Steps:

Our teas have a shelf life of approximately six months-one year when stored properly. Always check the packaging for the best before date.
11. What is the shelf life of your syrups?
Store homemade syrup in the refrigerator to prolong its shelf life. It can generally last for about 2-3 weeks when properly sealed and refrigerated. If you want to keep syrup for a longer period, consider freezing it. Pour the syrup into freezer-safe containers or ice cube trays for portioning. It can last for several months in the freezer.
